Job Description
- To handle full set of accounts.
- To ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely & accurate manner, monthly bank reconciliations.
- Handle of filing, keep record & assuring accurate documents filing.
- General office administration works.
- Prepare related companies’ transactions & ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- To prepare, analyse & report financial results & prepare tax returns.
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards & statutory requirements.
Additional Information / Requirements
- Career Level: Entry Level
- Qualification: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Job Specializations: Accounting, Finance, Tax , Management, Secretarial
- Comfortable with Chinese, English & Malay communication
- Experience / knowledge in Taxation / Accounting Software would be a plus
