Job Description:
As a Reprographic Technician, you will be responsible for managing the school's reprographic services, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials. Your role will include:
- Operating and maintaining reprographic equipment, including photocopiers, printers, and binding machines.
- Managing the production of teaching materials, newsletters, and other school documents.
- Ensuring all printed materials meet the school's standards for quality and accuracy.
- Providing technical support and training to staff on the use of reprographic equipment.
- Managing stock levels of reprographic supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proficiency in using SIMS (School Information Management System).
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain reprographic equipment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
