The primary role of the Internal Sales Manager is to lead and manage the internal sales team, with a focus on growth and development along with the management of the existing customer base. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 4:15pm and Friday 08:00am - 1:15pm.
Your new role
As Internal Sales Manager, the role needs an experienced candidate who can be on proactivity regarding managing data, analysing trends, managing the sales team and office, whilst keeping a focus on a specifically assigned customer base. Understanding and leading the team to encourage making outbound sales calls to all prospects, drop-offs, lapsed customers and supporting the progression of any new customers to generate revenue, develop business and secure margin. Overall, to help business to progress and make improvements where possible to reduce time and save money.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you will need strong organisation skills. Acting as a main point of contact, Pro-actively grows customer and sales forecast targets. Previous proven experience working in a busy customer service and sales office environment is required, along with excellent all-round IT skills - highly proficient with all modules of MS Office (e.g. strong data analysis and manipulation in Excel) - previous working knowledge and understanding of customer CRM processes. Strong communication skills - both interpersonal and written and customer-focused individuals with a strong team working ethic.

Your new role
As Sales Support Coordinator you will provide support and assistance to fellow team members and departments to meet company/team goals. Maintaining customer records and files, inputting and processing customer information, details, and documentation onto the company's sales/CRM system. Dealing with telephone queries in a timely and friendly manner and forwarding to appropriate individual.
Along with all other duties that fall within your capabilities as Sales Support Co-Ordinator and as directed by your Line Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the Sales Support role you should have strong attention to detail, be highly organised and confident communicator via telephone and email. With a strong understanding and history of having excellent attention to detail.
Along with Strong time-management skills, passionate about Customer Service and be able to demonstrate competence in a sales environment whilst working confidently towards targets.
