In order to be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management or supervisory capacity
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
• Strong time management and leadership skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced Accounts Assistant who is able to pick up new skills and systems with ease. You should have good IT skills including Excel skills and excellent accuracy & attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

This is a key role in the business, supporting the transport and logistics team with key duties of:

• Collating driver's paperwork.
• Printing, matching and scanning of delivery notes.
• Creation, printing and authorising of third-party labels.
• Liaising with couriers / 3rd party hauliers.
• Contacting customers to advise on where delays in delivery may occur.
• Data input into spreadsheets.
• Preparing drivers daily run sheets (through issuing of load lists and delivery notes)
• Support of drivers daily, including monitoring of hours worked and deliveries made.
• Issuing of collection notes when drivers are in relevant areas or submission to couriers if applicable.
• Liaising with despatch regarding available products and load statuses.

The role is full-time Monday to Friday in their Telford office.
