Landscaping Team Leader - Customer Care

Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.60
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30
About the role
As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will get the chance to supervise a motivated team working on various soft and hard landscaping contracts within our construction area. This could be anything from a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space. This is a great opportunity to lead a team and provide fantastic customer service as well as high quality work for numerous customers / contracts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in soft / hard landscaping and /or construction.
- Prior experience of working in a customer facing or customer care related role.
- A strong health and safety mindset and adept at problem solving.
- Must possess a driving license & CSCS card.
