As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage our powerful brand, smart technology, and specialised support to fuel your income growth and take your career trajectory to the next level.

In this role, you will:

• Support customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat

• Be powered by the industry’s #1 home loan platform. With customers able to login to upload documents and check the status of their application, our brokers experience speed to settlement at up to four times faster than industry average

• Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates. That means no time wasted with poor quality, cold leads

• Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing. Say goodbye to being buried in paperwork! Our client solutions team also proactively follow up with lenders and liaise with customers on your behalf via the platform. That means no more sitting on hold with the bank

Our proprietary platform and pioneering processes have been purposefully designed to help you scale your income growth. We’ve seen this model work successfully at our sister brand Lendi for many years, with the team consistently averaging over 12 deals a month - 4 times the industry average! Many of our Lendi Home Loan Specialists are lodging 30+ deals a month, and with the trusted Aussie brand behind them, we’re excited to help our new team of Aussie Home Loan Specialists scale to a deal a day.

Our Aussie mobile brokers work remotely and flexibly, supporting customers in a way that works for both parties - that usually means over the phone or via video appointment, but may also mean catching up face-to-face in a mutually convenient location from time to time. Regardless, you can say goodbye to office mandates and long commutes!

Our broker’s businesses are powered by the industry’s #1 technology platform and backed by the leading broker value proposition in market. Aussie brokers benefit from pre-qualified customer appointments booked into their diaries and also receive loan processing support. This adds significant capacity back to our brokers, allowing them to focus on what they do best - interacting directly with customers and focusing on income generation instead of wasting time on cold leads and unnecessary admin.

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity, where you will:

• field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates
• provide customers with lending solutions
• use the Aussie tech platform to liaise with our centralised Client Solutions team who will take care of loan processing and most of the home loan admin on your behalf
• connect with your community and build referral networks for your business
