• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong experience in the construction or project-based industries, with an understanding of construction-related financial requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience is an advantage, bringing additional strength in financial controls and compliance.

• Expertise in financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

Job Description

• Supervise, monitor and control daily work at project site.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans and comply to all required compliance.
• Carry out site inspection and provide reports such as taking progress site pictures, daily and monthly report.
• Assist in resolving all technical and site issues.
• To develop a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of the plan, and effectively communicate the plan with employees and clients.
• To be aware of the status and progress of the project at all times.
• To be able to manage any alterations made to the project scope and adjust the overall plan to accommodate for these changes.
• To ensure that all of the work is done on time and within the projected budget.
• Must continuously keep track of spending and forecast changes to the budget.
