Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Of Online Orders
• Manage inventory of products, ensuring accurate packing and shipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with colleague for other indoor sales related orders.
• Actively be involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Keep up-to-date with product information.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of E-commerce software and basic computer knowledge (e.g. Microsoft)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, helpful and engaging personality.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Assist sales team to manage schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information across.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Work with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Keep up-to-date with new products/services.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
• Familiarity of the retail sales process.
• Able to work for 6 days a week.
• Understanding with consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Good communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office & SQL System)
• Able to converse in English, Malay & Chinese
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Minimum SPM/O Level or Equivalent.
