TITLE: Services Inventory Lead
LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia - Hybrid
GRADE: 11
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and maintain inventory level goals
- Provide weekly inventory summaries for each assigned site
- Facilitate planning and transfer of materials between sites
- Maintain financial budgets for each inventory site
- Evaluate excess and obsolete material disposition to reduce inventory
- Analyze inventory data and trends
- Manipulate and run reports out of Oracle, Oracle Cloud Planning, Tableau, and Power BI
- Hold weekly review meeting with contract manufacturers
- Collaborate with other functional areas of business within NCR Voyix to reduce inventory
- Provide feedback to Finance on inventory estimates
Education, Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- 3+ years of Inventory experience
- Must have strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Great attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills (Outlook / Excel)
- Oracle (preferred) or similar ERP system experience
- Must have a demonstrated ability to analyze Inventory
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
