Support the implementation and management of pharmacy services and initiatives across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP practices, and community pharmacies. Clinical Expertise and Guidance: Provide expert advice on evidence-based prescribing, medicines legislation, and best practice to healthcare professionals. Develop and update clinical guidelines, policies, and formularies in line with national and local standards. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, pharmacists, and healthcare personnel, to embed safe and effective use of medicines in clinical pathways. Facilitate effective working relationships to influence prescribing behaviour and promote best practice. Education and Mentorship: Support, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
