Job Description :

* Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

* Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.

* Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, and expense reports.

* Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

* Min 1-2 years experience in administrative or accouting role.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Oversee all production operations, ensuring timely availability for both local and international markets.
• Lead product development initiatives, including limited releases and white-label projects.
• Collaborate with sales to meet order demands and ensure all raw materials are stocked efficiently.
• Coordinate with finance to manage inventory payments and lead times.
• Manage customs processes, staffing, and recruitment for the distillery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, and optimal operations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, contributing to team building and HR development.

Requirements:

• Min 3 -4 years of experience in distilling/brewing or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications or educational background.
• A culinary background is advantageous.
