Support Specialist – IAM Service Delivery - Chennai/Pune, INDIA

NIQ is looking to mature our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. To support that effort, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Specialist. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for IAM product stack lifecycle including user access requests and approvals, provision/deprovision user access, access certification and governance of NIQ IAM solutions and its associated processes. They will create, maintain, and review relevant documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and user guides. This role will include communication with internal customers to clarify requests, report status, and updates. The ideal candidate will bring their external knowledge to help improve our current processes.
Responsibilities
- Support IAM processes and technologies including provisioning/de-provisioning of access requests, incident tickets and other associated tasks within Service Level Agreements.
- Reconcile discrepancies between access rights assigned and access rights required for users to perform job duties.
- Participate in the integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products.
- Actively identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way to minimize service disruption and risk to the organization.
- Drive continual improvement processes to streamline workflows to enhance the end-user experience and increase business value.
- Assist with the execution of user access certification and audit requests.
- Work closely with other teams in the Cyber Security organization to drive more integrated security posture.
- Maintain solid knowledge within subject matter specialties.
