Outstanding interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and sensitivity are needed to interact with a range of people within the Trust at all management levels across all functions of the business and outside the Trust. Your level of business knowledge will enable you to make informed decisions in the absence of the Director.

Education Planning Coordinator



Salary: Starting salary at £29,970.00 per annum



An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Governance Team at the North West Ambulance Service for an Education Planning Coordinator. It is full-time role on a permanent basis (37.5 hours per week) and is based at the Trust Headquarters at Ladybridge Hall, Bolton and a future centralised education team base. The role offers the opportunity for agile working and there will be a requirement to be able to travel across the Trust footprint.

The successful post holder will manage the education and learning teams training plans, including the oversight and allocation of training resources and receiving requests for learning interventions. You will manage, troubleshoot and resolve complex system related issues quickly in order to provide efficient and effective user support and will use your developed technical knowledge and experience in Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server and DNS to support the continual improvement of business systems to the trust.

The postholder will work as part of a team to support the development and maintenance of the organisation’s ICT infrastructure in full accordance with the Digital Strategy and Strategy for Urgent and Emergency Care.

You will also be required to work autonomously and in partnership with other ICT Teams in supporting users with the development and implementation of a diverse range of complex IT solutions, this involves the adoption of new technologies as well as leveraging value for money from existing infrastructure.
