Our teams work alongside people all across the UK, to enable them to create change in their own lives. We specialise in homelessness services, supported housing, services for people recovering from mental ill-health, community-based advice and support and young people’s services to name just a few.

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic and passionate team. Our Marketing Officer will support the development and delivery of P3’s marketing and communications to internal and external audiences to achieve our primary departmental goals:
1. Build P3’s brand and reputation on a local and national scale with our key external stakeholders to build trust as a service provider and to support organisational growth.
2. Review and implement marketing channels to increase recruitment rates and improve candidate quality.
3. Provide effective internal communications to support employee and volunteer retention.
The Marketing Officer will be line managed by our Digital Communications Manager, working closely with colleagues to pitch, draft, design and deliver internal and external digital and traditional marketing content.
This role involves assisting with the project management of content and campaigns, as needed, ensuring people remain central to our marketing and communication approach. It includes actively learning from P3's frontline teams to identify opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through people-focused content and material.
