Pinnacle Group are looking for a hardworking Maintenance Coordinator to support the Hard FM Manager in all Hard Services related operations across a patch of schools. Your responsibilities will include taking responsibility for the yearlong planner, booking in contractors, and ensuring all reports are filled in correctly. You will need to be dependable, analytical with an eye for details.
This is a full-time, office-based role operating within the core hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Slough. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

Key responsibilities:
• Consulting with Specialist Providers and follow up on remedials and service dates.
• Communicating programme of works to client parties.
• Updating the core business system with report sheets, compliance notes
• Assist with the operation and development of the Company’s Safety Rules and Procedures.
• Consult with the Management team to ensure the safe delivery of Hard FM PPM tasks, Reactive Works and small works within budget and to time.
• Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies.
Key requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hard FM
• Practical knowledge and management of Statutory compliance requirements
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Satisfactory DBS clearance at enhanced level.
• Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI’s and SLAs to achieve high performance.
