What will you be doing as an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative?  
Based in our Louth Programme team and working as an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative (PMO) you will learn all about what it takes to make sure our customers’ homes are maintained to a high and safe standard. You will produce work of the highest quality while providing excellent service to our customers, clients, and your team. 
As part of this apprenticeship, you will learn a wide range of trade skills such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling, Decorating and minor Electrical work. The work will be varied and interesting and you will have the support of a mentor throughout your apprenticeship. 
At college, you will study the Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship standard at Level 2 by attending Lincoln College or similar provider one day a week, alongside learning and working with experienced operatives during the rest of the week. 
On successful completion of the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within PPC. If you gain permanent employment with PPC you will continue to be supported in your learning and development. PPC has a strong track record of offering permanent jobs to its apprentices once they qualify.

• The team is based in Louth and the surrounding area, so applicants need to live in this area 
• This is a Level 2 course lasting 2 years 
• You would work a 40-hour week working Monday to Friday 
• As you will be working in customer’s homes you will require a DBS check 
• Ideally you would need to hold a full driving licence, but this is not essential at this point, but the role is mobile

As part of this apprenticeship, you will learn how to carry out a range of high quality horticultural and grounds maintenance work in an efficient and productive method. The work will be varied and interesting and you will have the support of a mentor throughout your apprenticeship.

At college, you will study the Horticulture or Landscape Construction Operative Apprenticeship standard at Level 2 by attending Riseholme College or similar provider one day a week, alongside learning and working with experienced operatives during the rest of the week.

On successful completion of the Level 2 Apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within PPC. If you gain permanent employment with PPC you will continue to be supported in your learning and development. PPC has a strong track record of offering permanent jobs to its apprentices once they qualify.

You would work an annualised contract working a 42.5 hour week working Monday to Friday in the Summer Season and a 32.5 hour week in the Winter Season. Due to the work pattern applicants would need to be aged 18 or over.

Ideally you would need to hold a full driving licence but this is not essential initially but the role is mobile so would be required to be achieved

Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for a Gas Engineer Service & Repair based in Louth/ Lincoln or Horncastle to join our award- winning Heating Team.
What could you be doing?
From minor servicing, full services, and repairs to basic pipe installations, we need you to help us keep our homes up to temperature.
As a team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service. 
Some things we need from you
• You will have sound experience and be ACS qualified and have CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), MET1, LPG and CPA1.
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/ Heating/ Ventilation is essential
• You will be a good communicator and can work well with customers and other trades.
• You’ll have a full UK driving licence
• As you will be working in our customers’ homes you would also require a DBS check.
There is also the opportunity to earn up to £1500 per annum from the out of hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime. This role will require being on the out of hours rota.
This is a mobile role covering Louth, Horncastle, and Lincoln so you will need to be based in or close to this area.

Platform Property Care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Maintenance Service Manager to join our talented team based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
This is a unique opportunity that has arisen due to our continued expansion. This is an exciting time to join us as Platform Property Care take in-house a brand-new contract of delivering 60 kitchens and 60 bathrooms in the area over the next 12 months. Once you have joined you be involved in recruiting a whole brand-new team of Multi Trades so this will be a real opportunity to create and lead a highly customer focused and skilled team to deliver and make a real difference to our customers. As part of a national housing association, you will be one of a team of Service Managers responsible for the successful delivery of property maintenance to Platform Housing Group and partners housing stock. You will play a key role influencing and supporting the strategic growth of Platform Property Care.
Leading a multi-trade team you will be results focused, ensuring the service is delivered to meet contractual timescales and key performance indicators including sector leading customer experience; whilst supporting the wider Platform Property Care team objectives.
Some things we need from you:
You will be an experienced Service/Repairs Manager, who will have previously worked in the housing/ construction industry, ideally with a relevant qualification. You should also have experience of managing and nurturing large teams and are able to bring the best out of your team.
No day will be the same! You will be surveying one day, planning another, conducting pre and post inspections the next, and then operational with the team too! You won’t be afraid to be hands on when needed.
Some of the things we are looking for:
• Experience of people management, both colleague and contractor, within a maintenance services environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage your team to deliver results – to be their best
• Experience in working with clients and delivering services that meet KPIs including customer satisfaction and setting a clear level of customer service 
• Proven experience of monitoring, measuring, and managing service performance, leading, and motivating a strongly performing team and addressing under-performance where required 
• Strong experience of delivering maintenance works on time and to budget, with a right first-time mentality and approach 
This role also requires covering the out of hours duty manager rota, which is currently one day in thirteen and includes weekends.
The role is mobile, and therefore requires a full UK Driving Licence, and covers Louth mainly and surrounding area. At times you will be required to attend meetings and training at our other offices and locations including Worcester, Birmingham, Matlock and Skegness.

Our Responsive Repairs team now have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join the leadership team in Lincolnshire covering an area based around Skegness and support their ambitious plans to grow their team in this area.
What could you be doing?
You will be supervising a multi skill trades team, providing practical and technical support, and assisting the Service Manager to deliver the operational objectives ensuring all works are completed efficiently and effectively whilst engaging the team to bring their best. In conjunction with the Service Manager, your focus will be to support, coach, motivate and engage the team to achieve service objectives, embedding the Bring Your Best Values, and promoting a customer centric approach of ‘value for money’ and ‘right first time.’
By analysing data and measuring performance, you will work closely with the trade’s teams and your Service Manager to support a customer focussed maintenance service, delivering Repairs meeting the required SLAs. You will also assist the Service Manager with the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly business objectives.
We would like someone who has:
• A suitable trade qualification - this is essential
• Experience of working within a multi-skilled environment
• Experience of working within a customer focussed environment
• Ability to make key decisions, comfortable with responsibility and accountability for successful outcomes in service delivery
• Demonstrable experience of supervising or managing a team and leading by example is essential
• Excellent problem-solving ability, a solutions focussed approach and comfortable working within a continuous improvement environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop good working relationships
• IT Literacy is a must, experience with EXCEL and other Microsoft packages
• A full driving licence is essential
• As you will be working in Customers’ homes you will also need a DBS check.
This mobile role is based in Lincolnshire – so you will need to live here - but will require occasional travel to other regional sectors as required. This could include training and meetings at other locations including Birmingham, Worcester, Leicester, or Matlock.
