Providing ideas and accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the finance / account department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intern will be mentored by Senior for Job and training purpose.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Aurora Bukit Jalil.

• Internship position(s) for duration 5 to 6 month(s).

Job Description:

• Drive and spearhead the Group Accounts team to manage the day-to-day operations and perform management accounting activities including preparation of financial accounts, cash flow planning, performance reviews, budgeting, credit controls etc.
• Oversee and enforce the compliance in local accounting standard, statutory filing requirements and reporting in line with the group's emphasis on timely reporting and accountability.
• Oversee and review monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to ensure accuracy and completion on a timely manner.
• Set and manage budgets and budgetary controls.
• Drive changes, lean management and efficiency improvements.
• Review the analysis and explanation of financial performance.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.
• Formulate and drive policy and procedures in relation to accounting standards, debtors' collection and inventory management.
• Enforce compliance with Group SOPs, policies and internal controls.
• Handling account receivables and account payables
• Any ad-hoc task when needed

Requirement

• More than 5 year experience in Manager Level
• Able to speak and write Mandarin
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountancy

Job Description

• Accurately process orders from customer.
• To provide superb customer service and support.
• To resolve inquiries from customer promptly and smoothly in professional service attitude.
• Attend to incoming call volume and attend to non-voice work such as emails and social media interaction from customers.
• Complete the daily operations from frontend, backend, call center including follow-up on customer issue/ feedback and redirecting query to other department (if any) for speedy resolution.
• Good understanding of company operations, policies and procedures and online system. Ensure that work are maintained and aligned to the company’s guideline.
• Maintains and accurately update customer’s feedback, issue and resolution.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a good relationship with the customer and able to take ownership & proactively helping on customer needs
• Accurately and diligently process all incoming related documents.
• Ensure all other related duties as directed by superior is completed in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Proactive attitude, disciplined, organized, pay attention to details and able to multi-task
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proactive in feedback to superior from time to time on the operations or system challenge.
• To perform other job assignments that may be required by company from time to time.
