Job Title: MFL Teacher (Spanish)

Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (M1-U3) depending on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our dynamic team in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Spanish to students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds and foster a love for languages in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring high standards of learning and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the MFL curriculum.
- Monitor and support students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participation in extra-curricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4 levels is preferred.
- Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
