Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Workshop Team Leader for our engineering client based in the Ipswich region. This position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary on offer pending your skills and experience. A regular production bonus is on offer to complement the generous salary. Previous experience within an engineering and/or manufacturing role preferably as a supervisor/team leader is a requirement. Requirements for this position:

You must have excellent organisational, time management, and people skills to successfully lead and guide your team.
Have had experience working as a supervisor and/or team leader.
Understand basic manufacturing processes and have the willingness to learn.
Hold a valid drivers licence. A forklift licence is desirable but not a necessity.
