A leading Legal 500 firm are recruiting for a residential property lawyer to join their reputable Guildford team.

The firm are a leading Legal 500 firm with offices all over the South. They are a legal frontrunner, subject to a variety of awards including silver Investors in People accreditation, Lexcel accreditation and Law Firm of the Year. In terms of firm and quality of work, it's safe to say this firm is a big step up for most regional lawyers whilst having a great respect for work life balance. They work on a hybrid model (allowing a couple of days at home per week) and don't coerce their lawyers into working long hours (a 5/5.30 finish is the reality with this firm).

As expected of a firm of their stature, they are providing highly competitive salaries and benefits packages so I'm sure I can secure you an increase in remuneration.

They are looking for a solicitor, conveyancer or legal executive to take over an interesting caseload for high net worth clients. You will handle the entire conveyancing spectrum whilst also having the opportunity to business develop and supervise more junior members of staff.

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Be a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years experience in residential property (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
- Have a strong passion for residential property law.
- Preferably, have experience dealing with high net worth clients.
