Job Benefits

Shift Pattern: 4-week rota, 8.45pm - 8.15am

Key Duties
Deliver exceptional levels of care to children and young adults.
Assist with bedtime routines, including washing and changing.
Promote healthy sleeping patterns.
Conduct regular checks throughout the night and address any issues.
Ensure medical needs are always met.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and calm environment.
Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
Perform light housekeeping duties during quiet periods.
Administer and record prescribed medications.
Communicate effectively and build trusting relationships to support young adults in becoming more autonomous.
Essential Criteria
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:

Experience in the care industry (experience with children with additional needs is advantageous).
