Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Child Care Officer to join our team. In this leadership role, you will guide and support our care team to deliver high-quality care in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring the overall safety and development of the children in our care.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a residential child care setting.
