The Maintenance Manager will have overall responsibility of the day to day upkeep of the hotel. Working closely with the General Manager you’ll ensure the hotel is maintained to a high standard.

What will I do?

• Reactive and preventative maintenance
• Testing of equipment
• Ensure plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and electrical works are to standard
• Responding to all maintenance issues within the hotel
• Conducting staff training on equipment and procedures
• Weekly fire alarm tests
• Ensuring the hotel is both safe and functional for our guests, by conducting regular checks, contributing to ensuring each visitor has an outstanding experience

Is this the role for me?

• Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a hotel environment or similar
• In-depth knowledge & experience H&S, compliance, legislation, legionella, pool plant, etc.
• Capex experience
• Managed various size projects
• Relevant qualifications
• Health & safety qualification & experience
