Temp to perm opportunity
A Contract Administrator is required to undertake administrative duties and support purchase ledger management, including reconciliation of supplier statements and management of invoice queries with suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports.
Support purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
Management of invoice queries with suppliers.
Support the generation of the monthly Client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments.
Provide administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties.
Experience:
Previous experience gained in an administrative role.
Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data.
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
Skills & Abilities:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily.
Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent use of computers including confident user of excel, google mail
