This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and open ended.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to join the University’s Finance Office.
In this role you will provide a specialised and efficient administrative support to the Director and Deputy Directory of Procurement and the Procurement team.
You will publish all tenders through the Public Contracts Scotland portal and the University Tender Viewer portal and support the Procurement team process to manage the sustainability risk of external key strategic suppliers and the financial risk of external suppliers, utilising Dun & Bradstreet reports as required. You will provide full administrative support for the Purchasing and Corporate cards University wide.
You will effectively manage the Procurement Office Web page, book all travel requirements for the department and maintain Procurement Office registers as required.
General administrative duties will include filtering calls, distributing mail, arranging meetings, training courses, booking appointments, venues and refreshments, as well as keeping Procurement Office records up to date.
