職責:
- 處理與新產品清單、促銷機制、流量取得、銷售和轉換相關的所有電子商務平台。
- 推動電商平台銷售業績,實現KPI。
- 與其他部門溝通電商平台的視覺和內容準備。
- 與供應鏈合作進行需求規劃,以確保訂單順利履行。
- 提供有關銷售、活動和績效的月度分析報告。
- 透過及時解決問題並實施回饋,確保在所有電子商務平台上提供積極且一致的客戶體驗。
- 管理與代理商的關係,以確保及時參與平台活動、有效的廣告預算分配和直播活動。
- 與內部直播主持人和外部附屬機構協調 TikTok 附屬計劃。
- 在線上平台上以直播主持人的身分進行直播。
- 在直播中銷售、推廣和解釋產品。
- 必要時支援倉庫團隊的運作。
- 執行上級指派的任何臨時任務。
要求:
- 至少擁有學士學位、行銷、商業、電子商務專業學位或同等學歷。
- 擁有至少1-3年電子商務工作經驗。
- 數位行銷經驗是一個額外的優勢。
- 能夠分析數據並得出可行的見解以優化電子商務策略。
- 在管理產品清單、活動和報告方面具有高度的準確性和對細節的關注。
- 展現積極主動的心態,能夠同時處理多項任務和強烈的緊迫感。
- 成為具有強烈客戶導向的創意和策略思想家。
