As part of our growing and dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated Technology Technician to support our technology department and ensure that all technical systems run smoothly, enabling the delivery of exceptional teaching and learning. As a Technology Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that all technological resources are operational and available for staff and students. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of equipment used in classrooms, workshops, and IT labs. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support during lessons and assist with the setup of equipment for school events, projects, and activities. Our ethos is ‘Aspiring and Achieving Together’. We are looking for an enthusiastic Design and Technology Technician to join our team. The successful candidate would be required to work within the Technology team to support staff and students in the delivery of effective practical work through the management, maintenance and administration of materials and resources in accordance with the relevant policies and statutory legislation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible to work closely with the Design and Technology teachers to support the department with preparation of materials for teaching and learning and support lessons if required.
