The Role:
Working as part of a small established team, you will lead on the support of the Oracle Financial modules and be part of the Support Team ensuring the Council makes best use of the Oracle application.
Provide support to each business area and ensure all transactions are accounted for and all records maintained, while adhering to financial guidelines.
About You:
You already have a detailed knowledge of financial operations in a large organisation and an understanding of ERP financials software. An ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with end users, managers and internal and external partners.
You will need to have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good time management skills and able to prioritise own workload.
You will also be producing reports and users guides, so you need to be able to have sound knowledge of Microsoft applications and other reporting tools A capability to be able to move between tasks due to sometimes frequently changing priorities.
