Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem 
• Mengontrol transaksi keuangan perusahaan 
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi kas dan bank 
• Membuat laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan 
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai keuangan 

1.  Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
2. Audits revenue from telephone, telex, and facsimile unless these are automatically linked to the computer for billing.
3.  Audits revenue from other Operated Departments such as Garage, Pro shops, Laundry and Business Centre for completeness.
4.  Ensures that all the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded.
5.  Checks the daily General Cashier’s report against recorded cash movement.
6.  Monitors cashier shortages/overages and investigates any substantial amount and bring to the attention of the Director of Finance’s office.
7. Verifies that the computerised Daily Report reflects completely all of the day’s transactions.
8. Reviews paid-outs and allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation.
9.  Verifies supports for complimentary and house use rooms and for rooms charged at rates varying from the rack potential.
10.  Spot checks the accuracy of regular and contractual room rates in the system.
11.  Reviews all house use and entertainment checks for propriety and ensure that they are signed and authorised.
12.  Audits all Food and Beverage outlets checks on the List of Negative Check Lines for explanation and approval by Outlet captain’s/automatic kitchen orders.
13.  Audits the List of Voided Restaurant Checks for proper approvals and explanations.
14. Checks the sequential use of Food and Beverage checks, foreign exchange vouchers, official receipts and to investigate any missing or irregular forms.
15.  Reviews the guest ledger balances daily and research questionable movements.
16. Investigates late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit manager for further action.
17. Ensures that all employees’ City Ledger Accounts are closed at month end.
18. Carries out surprise checks of rooms, fitness centre attendance and car park collections, etc.
19. Carries out surprise cash counts of cashier’s floats.
20.  Carries out surprise foreign currency counts.
21. Monitors the organised execution of the night audit program by Front Office personnel.

Tugas Pokok :

Staff Finance & Accounting

Financial Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions in journals and verify the correctness of financial statements
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP). including gross margin analysis, SKU profitability, and distribution cost analysis

Working Capital Management: 

• Oversee cash flow, receivables, and payables, especially in managing inventory and minimize days sales outstanding (DSO)

Data Management:

• Gather and analyze data from various departments to support financial decision-making
• Serve as a gatekeeper for financial processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols while remaining adaptable to changes

Tax Knowledge:

• Possess a solid understanding of tax regulations WHT 21, 23, 4(2), 25, VAT and implications related to accounting practices
• Assist in tax-related matters, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax efficiency

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to FMCG or distribution, including audits, tax regulations, and internal controls

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations, and communicate financial insights to senior leadership

System & Process Improvement:

• Be a proactive problem-solver, able to navigate challenges with flexibility and creativity
• Implement and enhance financial systems and processes to increase operational efficiency, streamline distribution costs, and improve financial accuracy

Staff Administrasi

• Bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan jurnal dan laporan keuangan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk pembuatan budget tahunan
• Membuat proyeksi cashflow mingguan dan bulanan ke Treasury
• Melakukan control kas perusahaan (cash flow) terutama piutang dan hutang
• Melakukan analisa keuangan
• Melakukan fungsi perpajakan
• Melakukan fungsi pengawasan transaksi keuangan

Kualifikasi

•Pendidikan Min. S1 (Diutamakan S1 Accounting)

•Memiliki pemahaman yang baik untuk akuntansi di bidang manufaktur

•Dapat menganalisa modul sistem proses bisnis AP & AR

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable
