Due to a change in staffing responsibilities, we are looking to appoint a Receptionist. This is a key role in the school and applicants must have a professional and friendly approach.
Our Reception is the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to the school and the highest standard of service is essential. We are looking for an individual who can greet our guests, direct calls and deal with associated administration.
Ideally you will have had experience in a reception environment, have good organisational skills, and have excellent computer and customer service skills.

1. Phone Assisted Voting (PAV) Project Officer
Role:

The Phone Assisted Voting Project Officer will work closely with the Technology Assisted Voting Project Manager across the Phone Assisted Voting (PAV) project. The role will provide general project administration support including hands-on ICT system testing to enable PAV project readiness.
Essential requirements will include a procedural and systematic mindset, experience within ICT project environments and strong organisational, administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail. Competent hands-on experience using tools and products of Microsoft 365 suite (MS Office, MS Teams), the ability to multi-task, deal with shifting dynamic project parameters throughout a project lifecycle period with fixed deliverables are also requirements for the role.

Responsibility:

Administration of meetings (set, distribute agenda, write minutes) and support of meeting outcomes under the direction of the PAV Project Manager.
