• Serves as the Executive Administrator for the Commander and, as such, as a liaison between the Commander's office and subordinate organizations regarding all administrative management functions.

The Associate Chief Counsel (Finance and Management) supports the administrative, financial, and managerial programs of the Office of Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel on all management matters for the organization nationwide. The Field Operations function of Finance and Management (F&M) is responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative, program, and clerical support duties for all of Chief Counsel's field functions, located in over 50 cities nationwide.

As an Administrative Officer, you will:

• Serve as first line supervisor to a number of Office Managers, supervising subordinate employees working in the functional areas of budget administration, procurement/supply administration, space/facility management, travel administration, personnel administration, management information systems, and automation in the field offices.
• Serve as the principal program manager for critical administrative services, acting as staff advisor on all aspects of personnel and human resources program for designated Matrix Area and Counsel field offices, such as complex and sensitive issues in the staffing, classification, awards, employee relations, EEO, training, and promotion programs. Establish and coordinate guidelines to implement personnel policy, standards, and overall requirements.
• Serve as representative and advocate for designated Matrix Area, in identifying, coordinating and resolving Matrix area issues. The Office of Division Counsel (Litigation & Advisory) (L&A) provides legal services for the Internal Revenue Service Large Business and International (LB&I) and Small Business/Self Employed (SB/SE) Divisions on tax matters, legal issues, regulations, and needs relevant to individuals filing Schedules C, E, F, and Form 2106, subchapter C corporations, subchapter S corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. The Office of Division Counsel L&A is a nationwide organization headquartered in Washington, DC, divided into seven geographic areas and one nationwide strategic advisory function. Each Area is responsible for legal work within a defined geographic group. We work with complicated issues of tax law and accounting principles in the context of an expanding global environment. L&A employs over 1,100 attorneys and paralegals nationwide, who provide a full range of legal services on all issues, including advising LB&I and SB/SE compliance agents, handling litigation in the U.S. Tax Court and referring and recommending litigation to the Department of Justice.

As an Administrative Officer you will:

• Provide advice, guidance, and expert level assistance to Area/ Strategic Advisory Executives and Managers on all matters related to the coordination, integration, and synchronization of administrative actions. Analyze workflow, determine problem areas, develop guidelines, and provide advice and assistance to the Executives, Management Officials, and Analysts in the Division on all phases of administrative management, providing solutions to problems arising in connection with the operating policies, programs, workloads, staffing, and other managerial concerns.
• Coordinate and monitor tracking process for personnel, performance, staffing-related forms, documents, files, and reports. Analyze tracking systems and implement changes to streamline processes, improve efficiency and timeliness or personnel functions. Duties:

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Enlisted, accomplishes a variety of duties providing direct support to the Senior ART on the overall day to day program management activities for all aspects of medical administrative, military and civilian personnel management, budget and management analysis supporting operational requirements of wing and squadron Force Protection Health programs.

DUTIES:
Duty 1 - Provides deployment support in developing, planning and conducting training and evaluations needed to assess squadron readiness, mobility, and deployment requirements.

As a Legal Administrative Analyst, you will:

• Be responsible for coordinating and collecting data to determine the method used to identify the impact of the data on the Judgment Fund work processes.
• Research, analyze and document all data relevant to the complex Judgment Fund processes. This documentation provides the necessary data used in the publishing of revised Treasury Financial Manual regulations.
• Analyze cases for irregularities and determine right of entitlement in accordance with established procedures. Must be able to take the initiative in the development of new procedures in complex cases.
• Analyze all cases for the Judgment Fund for amounts from $10.00 to more than $1billion, at each step in the payment certification process to determine the proper course of action.

(1) Directs the overall management of medical support for the Air National Guard installation to include tenant unit(s) and GSU(s). Determines the impact and implements courses of action regarding projected Department of Defense (DoD), National Guard Bureau (NGB), Center for Disease Control (CDC), Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Military Support to Civil Authorities (MSCA) that affect Air National Guard plans, directives and missions. Ensures medical capabilities support the federal mission of expeditionary medical operations worldwide and state mission of medical response for homeland security and other state medical missions as directed by the Governor. Problem resolution extends beyond medical management and requires internal synchronization, the coordination of external offices at all base command levels, and the involvement of medical entities outside the base including both civilian and military agencies. Performs duties in accordance with established and evolving polices and procedures.

(2) Provides medical management and advisory services that contribute substantially to the plans, policies, decisions, and objectives of senior management. Directs Information Management activities within the Medical Group, formulating and interpreting medical policy based on regulatory requirements. Provides policy guidance and interpretation to senior management officials to ensure compliance with medical aspects for the worldwide deployability of Wing/Group personnel, geographically separated units (GSUs), and tenant unit(s). Comprehends the unique medical requirements of organizations subordinate to the Wing Commander, GSUs, and tenant unit(s) in order to guarantee the medical readiness of personnel for worldwide deployment. Represents the Medical Group at nationwide meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops to determine the impact of higher headquarters decisions on local programs.

(3) Directs work to be accomplished by the base medical and bioenvironmental programs, ensuring each is developed and implemented according to applicable regulations. Sets priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work. Reviews, accepts, amends or rejects work. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, medical readiness requirements, and the overall integrity of medical information and technology, force health management programs, and initiatives which operate to maintain and ensure a fit and ready force.
