Role Summary

You will be an integral part of the Marketing Team and assisting in Design scope for our marketing projects. The successful intern will be attached to a mentor to maintain processes and assist with marketing day to day operations. You will be given the opportunity to get a head start in Marketing and gain exposure to working in one of Singapore’s largest Air-conditioning & Consumer Electronics Retailer and Service provider. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with creative team to adapt creative artworks, designs, signage and other display materials
• Design marketing print collaterals (e.g. posters, brochures, advertisements and label design)
• Develop digital assets such as animation, GIFs, flash, eDMs, digital banners and websites etc
• Prepare simple marketing materials
• Content Creation for social media brand pages
• Align designs specifications according to brand requirements and guidelines
• Prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Understudy in Graphic Design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Students with photography, video editing & motion graphics skills will be a bonus
• Have an eye for details and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Roles and responsibilities:

· Accountants’ tool development:

o Create small, practical spreadsheets-based tools that cater to the needs of accountants and finance professionals using Excel or Google Sheets (both built in functions and programming codes—VBA and AppScript/JavaScript)

· Research and analysis

o Conduct research on the specific requirements and challenges faced by accountants in their daily tasks

o Analyse feedback from users and make iterative improvements to the handy tools

· Innovation and creativity

o Explore innovative ways to streamline accounting processes using Excel

o Suggest and implement improvements and new features for existing tools

· Documentation

o Document the functionality, usage instructions, and best practices for each handy tool you create

o Create user guides and tutorials to help accountants make the most of the tools

Job requirements:

· The intern should hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, business, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.

· The intern should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Googlesheets

Familiarity with programming languages like VBA and AppScript/JavaScript

For individuals passionate about UI/UX design to gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment, offering exposure to real-world projects and mentorship from an experienced UI/UX Lead.

Responsibilities

• Assist the UI/UX Design Lead in tasks such as research, trend analysis, and design documentation to support overall project success.
• Work closely with product teams to understand project needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
• Create storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, UI mockups, and prototypes for effective communication of design concepts.
• Iterate and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, user testing, and analytics data.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistent product design.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for UI elements, including icons, buttons, and illustrations, to enhance the overall user experience in digital applications and websites.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, UI/UX or related fields.
• Showcase relevant design projects or coursework demonstrating an understanding of UI and UX principles in your portfolio.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe products, HTML, or Figma
• Good verbal communication skills with an eagerness to learn and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive attitude.

Job Responsibility:

• Conceptualization of branding and advertising materials
• Assist in development and implement e-commerce design strategies with the General Manager for both B2B and B2C channels
• Responsible for managing web portal designs and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
• Assist in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
• Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
• Prepare graphic / artwork for promotional campaigns
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to do adobe photoshop, canva, illustration and editing of videos and photos
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media platforms
• Knowledge in E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Tech-Savvy
• Creative and resourceful
