Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Hybrid/Luton
The Role
We are looking for a talented Assistant Management Accountant to join our Global Managed Services Finance Team. The Finance Team support the business, processing and maintaining all accounting information and records as well as a range of commercial and operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a role in finance, has great organisational skills and can deliver with consistency. The role involves working as part of the finance team, helping with general administrative tasks and co-ordination of deliverables to the whole business as well as getting involved in problem solving, with a view to developing and advancing these skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Apprentice Levy Management
- Weekly/monthly data transfer
- Posting Journals
- Month end tasks
- Supporting the preparation and circulating management account information
- Tracking other centrally held information
- Any other Adhoc requests
About you
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Excel skills and able to pick new systems up quickly
- Excellent attention to details, numerical skills and accuracy
- The ability to work as a part of a team and use own initiative
- Study support may be available for the individual depending on requirements
