The Payroll Officer will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a professional, efficient, and effective payroll administration and advice service across the organisation, in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and effective end-to-end payroll service in relation to the lifecycle of an
• employee, including creation/checking of new employees, variations to contract, payments,
• deductions and terminations
• Ensure that all staff members are remunerated in accordance with their work contracts.
• Process all changes to payroll records as received from HR source data.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory payments, deadlines and administrative.

Candidate Criteria

• Relevant Payroll qualification(s), or the ability to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge.
