My client based in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit Customer Service advisors to work on an inbound Customer Service campaign.

The roles are offered on a permanent basis and are located within the heart of the city but will also offer the opportunity to work from home (50% office / 50% home working)

The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no evenings or weekends). The role will be highly inbound bias however there will, on occasion be the requirement to make outbound calls, following up on inbound / online enquiries through multiple channels.

Also to be involved in SLA meetings as appropriate and negotiations with third parties. Support the creation of designs and mock-ups for new solutions. Manage small teams on quick turnaround projects to create highly interactive applications and products, which includes customer projects, core technologies and internal product development. Collaborate with the development team to identify user acceptance criteria to gain Trust sign-off of work items, and manage the quality assurance (QA) and testing of solutions to ensure that they meet the agreed criteria. Take responsibility for the testing of solutions, ensuring cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility and compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the user's region or domain Manage the deployment of solutions into a production environment, supporting the definition/ implementation of, and adherence to, appropriate change control processes. Identify and document benefits delivered through development work, carrying out research where necessary to quantify achievement. Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies and author business cases and make recommendations to POs and Customers to support Innovation and the implementation of the latest technologies. Implement project management methodology to control and manage risks; issues; quality; delivery of developments on time and within budget. The Role:

In the role of a Service Delivery Manager, you will be in control of the SEN Transport and Social Care Transport Operation, including a team of 7 officers and a Principal officer. The role reports directly to the Head of Passenger Transport and Fleet
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work on schedules and processes to ensure service users safe and efficient carriage as well as liaising with contractors, service users, parents and carers, schools, daycentres and parent forums regarding service delivery
Other management responsibilities can include ensuring all controls are in place regarding safe transport such as risk assessments and relevant equipment such as harnesses and child seats in use if appropriate along with undertaking investigatory or disciplinary hearings and grievances
As a member of the SEN and Social Care Transport team, you must comply with current legislation and policies; ensuring staff and contractors meet required safeguarding and DBS requirements as well as monitoring and updating KPIs and financial information
The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including other departments, Parent & Carer forums, Transformation team and respond to complaints, appeals, freedom of information or SAR requests related to the department and will ensure invoices and spend is accurately controlled and reported

Salary: Band 3. Basic pay £24,071.00 rising to £25,674.00 after two years. Call Handlers working in an integrated call centre will be the person managing a variety of calls from a wide range of different patients. People call the ambulance service for a variety of reasons, and you would need to be confident in dealing with a range of people in varying situations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt to change quickly and must be aware of the stresses of the role and what impact this may have on you as an individual, considering these points carefully before applying.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.

Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.
We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.

Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.

We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Successful candidates will have to deliver correct care advice and guidance to callers’ dependent upon the reason for the call. Full training will be given to the successful candidates and an excellent career structure is available for future career progression. A full range of shifts will need to be covered, including bank holidays, public holidays, weekends and may include working nights. If your shift falls on a bank holiday, it will form part of your working hours. This includes the Easter and the festive period. Due to the nature of the hours only applicants over the age of 18 can apply for this role.

We are currently looking for full-time call handlers. However hours considered will be 30+, Please note: full-time training for up to 10 weeks must be committed to.

Some examples start times are Monday to Friday from 16:00 hours and weekends from 08:00 hours. There is an expectation that candidates are flexible and available to accommodate working a number of set shifts per week including weekends.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.

Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.
We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.

Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.

We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Theobjective of the Informatics Merseyside Development Service is to develop digital solutions through collaboration and innovation. We are a high performing team, consistently looking to evolve our best practices, knowledge, and skills to provide innovative digital solutions to our partners and customers. We are a customer orientated service that is responsive and effective in the delivery of the digital requirements of our Partner Organizations (POs) and Customers in line with local and national IM&T priorities. The Development service provision is required to keep pace with ongoing development of technologies, providing solutions that are interactive for the end user and support changes in models of care delivery within the NHS and the need for agile working. The requirements now are increasingly for advanced custom development capabilities, using an array of platforms, languages, and technologies. The Development Service Delivery Manager will work with a range of stake holders (both internal and external) to ensure that developments are delivered to support our partners and customers objectives. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of solutions across all partners and customers, ensuring that all development work is completed within agreed timescales to the appropriate specification, managing quality assurance and deployment. Principal Responsibilities: Manage the development lifecycle, from capturing and documenting Partner and Customer requirements (including generating proposals and organising software demonstrations), prioritising work alongside competing demands, through to the delivery and transition to business as usual support. Receive and assess complex enquiries and requests for service from IM Partner Organisations, Customers and potentially other Trusts and transition those requests into the development lifecycle as appropriate. Interpret and communicate complex and highly technical issues to non-IM&T or technical staff, both internally within IM and externally within POs and Customers. Also to be involved in SLA meetings as appropriate and negotiations with third parties. Support the creation of designs and mock-ups for new solutions. Manage small teams on quick turnaround projects to create highly interactive applications and products, which includes customer projects, core technologies and internal product development. Collaborate with the development team to identify user acceptance criteria to gain Trust sign-off of work items, and manage the quality assurance (QA) and testing of solutions to ensure that they meet the agreed criteria. Take responsibility for the testing of solutions, ensuring cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility and compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the user's region or domain Manage the deployment of solutions into a production environment, supporting the definition/ implementation of, and adherence to, appropriate change control processes. Identify and document benefits delivered through development work, carrying out research where necessary to quantify achievement. Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies and author business cases and make recommendations to POs and Customers to support Innovation and the implementation of the latest technologies. Implement project management methodology to control and manage risks; issues; quality; delivery of developments on time and within budget. Providing regular highlight reports and working effectively across multiple teams. Feed into the process of internal IP development. Ensure that their own knowledge/skill set and that of the team remain up to date. 1. Handle Service Desk telephone calls, recording all new incidents using the minimum dataset, and updating existing incident records with any new information received.2. Monitor other communication routes to the Service Desk, eg mailbox, self-service tool, ensuring new incidents are recorded, and customer queries are dealt with promptly.3. Categorise and prioritise incidents and service requests according to guidelines detailed in the Incident management process.4. Provide 1st line support, resolving the majority of incidents at first point of contact, using remote support tools where applicable to achieve this.5. Resolve Incidents not resolved at first point of contact due to the lengthy nature of the fix and, where requested, assist with the 2nd-line support queue6. Assign unresolved Incidents to the appropriate specialist resolver group.7. Log incidents with third party vendors, and take ownership of third party incidents until resolution.8. Liaise with the Connecting for Health Service Desk (or LSP) to raise incidents relating to National Applications: completion of Triage Forms; monitoring and tracking of all Incidents raised with the CfH Service Desk until resolved.9. Responsibilities

• Conducting Reablement assessments and creating detailed support plans.
• Completing Care Act assessments and evaluating eligibility for ongoing support in the community.
• Assessing individuals under the principles of prevention, reduction, and delay alongside care and support provision.
• Working with a diverse caseload, including individuals with hoarding concerns, substance misuse issues, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and older adults.
• Utilizing Liquid Logic to record and manage casework accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting adults aged 18+ with a focus on person-centered outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Care Assessor within a busy Adult Social Care setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to apply it effectively.
• Proficiency in Liquid Logic or similar case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and complete thorough assessments and support plans.
• Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Reablement principles.
