As part of our Finance department, you’ll lead the Transactional Services team, managing all operational aspects of the Accounts Payable, Recievable, and Rent Accounting. You’ll ensure financial controls are maintained and correct procedures are followed, whilst delivering a customer-focussed service.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supervising Accounts Payable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Ensuring prompt responses to supplier and customer queries and handling escalated complex issues.
• Overseeing accounts receivable tasks, timely invoice raising, cash allocation, and effective debt chasing.
• Overseeing the annual rent setting process and supervising the production of the annual rent budget, monitoring this continually and investigating variances.
• Training and supporting colleagues on procurement systems, managing team development and workload fluctuations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and new initiatives.
• Providing monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
What we’re looking for:
• AAT qualification, or equivalent.
• Part qualified CIMA / ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience of rent accounting, legislation, and policies.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
