We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Senior Specialist Practitioner District Nurse to join our caring and progressive Community Nursing team in the Maidstone area.
We are a skilled team clinical leads, caseload managers, community nurses, specialist practitioner district nurses, nurse associates, complex care nurses, health care assistants, phlebotomists, health & social care coordinators and administrators.
We provide nursing support for patients aged 18 and over in their home, delivering personalised care to those with complex and long term conditions so that patients can stay safe and well at home or in their chosen environment.
As a Band 7 Senior Specialist Practitioner District Nurse you will take a key leadership role within the team.
You will support the team to provide effective care and help develop effective care programmes in partnership with our service users.

Additional Working Pattern: 7.5 hours shifts between Monday and Friday with occasional weekends and late shifts up to 6:00pm
