Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 1 Childcare and Health and Social care Lecturer with clinical experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering exceptional teaching and learning across a range of health courses, but predominantly level 1. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver High-Quality Teaching: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the course specifications and cater to the diverse needs of learners. Ensure all teaching, learning, and assessment activities are of the highest standard.
• Inspire and Motivate Learners: Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Encourage students to set high aspirations and support them in achieving their goals.
• Support Goal Setting and Behaviour Management: Assist learners in setting personal and academic goals. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
• Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support learner development. Track and monitor student progress to ensure successful outcomes.
