[What the role is]
The Industry Human Capital team helps to strengthen the Human Capital capabilities of our local enterprises, and to develop and flow talent to them. This enables our local companies to pursue human capital development in tandem with their business growth.
[What you will be working on]
Support the migration of our system to “Business Grants Portal”, which may include building of forms, user acceptance testing, data migration
Conduct sample checks on claims processed by outsourced vendor
Support administration of Global Ready Talent Programme by onboarding companies and evaluating internship placements, and consolidating monthly inputs from institutes of higher learning
[What we are looking for]
Meticulous, with a high proficiency in MS Excel
Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in a similar role or if not, in a large organisation
Diploma/ Degree
Can-do spirit, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and excellence oriented
