REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience : 6+ years
- Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist with at least 2-3 years of implementation experience and strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Employee Central (EC) module.
- Responsibilities include configuring EC, managing pay components, approval workflows, and custom objects, integrating with various systems, and ensuring robust security and data protection and involves data reporting, coordinating with HR teams, managing SAP SF EC releases and upgrades, and providing support for issues and tickets. Proficiency in data import processes, data mapping, and transformation is essential.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including pay components, approval workflows, custom objects, and self-serve portlets along with managing inbound and outbound integrations with payroll systems, Coupa, S/4, and other platforms.
- Ensure robust security and permissions within the SAP system, aligning with the RBP model and handle data loads and reporting needs for business and finance teams and coordination with HR teams on dependencies related to HR events (e.g., mobility, role changes, LOAs, departures).
- Oversee SAP SF EC releases and upgrades, including functionality reviews and testing and manage activities related to instance refreshes, such as data masking in lower environments.
- Provide support for inbound issues and tickets, troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving problems with proficiency in handling SAP data import processes, data mapping, transformation, and validation and ensuring integration and coordination across various HR and talent modules.
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
- Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design, and code.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Implementing design methodologies and toolsets
- Writing well-designed, defect-free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.
- Executing the development of software with a strong focus on security, performance, and robustness.
- Conducting deep level analysis to identify the root causes to systematically resolve issues.
- Following all defined software configuration management best practices
- Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
