Your new role
You will be the key point of contact for strategic clients and be a trusted business advisor to your clients. You will be used to developing long-term relationships with institutional clients, managing your own caseloads, and supervising junior members of the team. Your caseload will include key financial services clients such as the UK's major banks, building societies and niche lenders.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Senior Financial Services Litigator with a reputable practice operating in a leadership role, or an accomplished FS Litigator looking for the opportunity to take on a more senior role. You will have solid experience of operating in the financial services sector and be confident in supervising and managing a team.

The team are now keen to recruit an experienced Construction Senior Associate or Legal Director who specialises in providing complex Contentious Construction advice.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a leading Construction practice and be used to running your own caseload of complex contentious construction matters, for clients ranging from developers to contractors and employers. Experience of handling adjudications, arbitration and litigation is highly desirable.


You will have an excellent track record of managing key client relationships and supervising and developing juniors in your team.
