* Ensure CCTV systems are professionally, effectively and sensitively monitored in compliance with the GDPR legislation and Client operating standards.

* Conduct individual bag or property searches, if directed to do so by the Client representative and in accordance with the instructions contained in the Method Statement.

* Ensure the effective control and maintenance of keys, passwords etc.

* Conduct routine security administration including the issue of visitor / contractor passes, permits as required.

* Ensure that any lost property left within the premises is securely stored, recorded and retrieved for the owner where appropriate and is reported to the Security Control Room.

* Maintain all security related equipment and working areas to a high standard of cleanliness and safety and ensure all defects are reported.

* Complete relevant records and logbooks, in a professional manner providing sufficient detail.

* During incidents of inappropriate behaviour or requests for assistance from the staff. Assist in the removal or escort of members of the public from the site where their behaviour is disruptive or presents a risk to others.

* Respond to requests to move on vagrants from client property or perimeter and ensure staff are not harassed by providing a visible security presence.

* Support and comply with the Fire, Health and Safety, and Security policies and procedures.

* Working with the Buildings Management teams (if required) to carry out the evacuation of people from lifts, to minimise panic and ensure the safety of all concerned.

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll support the maintenance of company records for EDF Renewables companies including maintenance of Blueprint software, Statutory Registers and Companies House records and the timely submission of statutory and ad hoc forms and returns for companies in UK and Ireland (e.g. Confirmation Statements).

- Assist the team with arranging face-to-face meetings, work with the PA to Legal Director to arrange in-person legal team meetings and other office events, and ad hoc assistance such as cover for reception.
- Support the team with the production, presentation and amendment of documents and presentations, ensuring the house style/templates are used.
- Be responsible for making arrangements for new starters (IT, inductions).
- Booking travel and accommodation, arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Assisting the team with office admin such as printing, scanning and binding.
- Prepare and issue of weekly team reports and facilitate of weekly director signing arrangements.

- You’ll have previous experience of company secretarial work including maintenance of digital registers and Companies House Filings .
- Experience in setting up and supporting board meetings including taking minutes for statutory boards.
- Basic knowledge of company secretarial practice and the Companies Act 2006.
- Experience of digital board pack software preferred.
- Hands-on experience of using CoSec databases and conducting searches and filing documents with Companies House is preferable.

My client is looking for an Information Security Cloud Specialist who can assess and enhance our cloud security configurations across Azure IaaS environments. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real impact in securing cloud infrastructures and guiding best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and strengthen security configurations within Azure IaaS.
* Provide expert security recommendations aligned with industry standards and emerging threat landscapes.
* Administer and secure Azure environments, including IaaS, container security (e.g., AKS), and DevOps pipelines.
* Evaluate Terraform scripts and advise on secure automation practices.
* Leverage Azure Defender and other monitoring tools to enhance threat detection.
* Implement Conditional Access policies to enforce zero trust and least privilege principles.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security efforts with operational objectives.
Key skills:
* Experience: Proven background in cloud security, especially within Azure IaaS and Google Cloud environments.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing compute, network, and storage resources, with hands-on experience in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
* Tools Expertise: Familiarity with Azure Defender, Conditional Access security tools.
* Certifications: Cloud and security certifications such as Azure Security Engineer or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are a plus. #LI-PB1

A calm, structured, and positive learning environment is top priority for the College, the Student Security Assistant is actively involved in the progressive discipline system and provides the first line of defence to defuse and de-escalate student misconduct and/or serious incidents. The post holder should have extensive experience of working in access control/security or working with young adults in a supervisory role in youth/social/sport work. The post holder will be working on a shift system operating Monday to Friday: 08.00 – 22:00, during college terms. Outside term-time, hours are limited to day time. Hours may change from week to week. The post-holder will be expected to take all leave outside college term-time except in an emergency or exceptionally by agreement with their manager.

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday nights 17:00 hours to 07:00 hours; 24 hours cover on Saturday and Sunday, days and night shifts 19:00 hours to 07:00 hours. Average of 40 hours plus overtime per week.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Security Manned Guarding Services.
• Access/Egress Control Duties.
• Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment.
• Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
• Regular and accurate report writing.
• Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
• Proactive interaction with the client & their staff, visitors to the site as well as contractors; ensuring that superb customer service is always provided.
• Dealing with enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
• Covering all required security related duties as/when required.
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language.
• Approachable, Diplomatic and Reliable
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
