Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
· Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas
· Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
· Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
· Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
· Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
· Required to possess class 3 driving license
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
· Excellent time management
· Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
