About the Role

As a Maintenance Person for Maria Mallaband care group you will be part the care homes team and as such work with other staff to ensure the safety of all the Service Users, visitors and employees. The work can be both physically and mentally demanding. Predominately the job is about Health and Safety checks of the building, environment and equipment. It will also require you to go into residents rooms and being able to feel comfortable around people living with dementia.

Professional

Main Responsibilities

As our Mobile Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for undertaking plant maintenance, repairs and improvements to ensure maximum reliability of all plant associated areas and to assist team members in aspects of plant operation.

Your responsibilities as the Mobile Maintenance Fitter will include (not exhaustive):

• Respond to plant breakdowns, when necessary and be responsible for the correct and efficient repair of equipment keeping downtime to a minimum with timely and safe adherence to the maintenance plan whilst complying to all relevant statutory legislation and the internal company Safety, Health and Environmental standards
• PAT Testing portable appliances in addition to demonstrating competences in Fault Diagnosis
• Ensure that Mobile Silos are supplied to customers in a safe and fit for purpose working condition
• Continue to improve plant performance whilst maintaining safety, maintenance and asset reliability
• Contribute to the in-house development of the Computer Maintenance Management System
• Ensure that Van Stock Levels are Maintained
• In support of the maintenance and operations functions, you will utilise documents, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated guidelines for the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large production facility near Norwich. You will support the site services and facilities of this busy manufacturing plant.
Your new role
You will lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. About The Role
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Day-to-day operations:

• To travel to five health centres around the county of Norfolk to conduct weekly statutory testing of systems and flushing/temperatures of water systems.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 OTE+ £1,000 joining bonus & £1,000 bonus after your first three months


Hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday

To support our Bodyshop, we are looking for:

* At least 2 years of experience working in an Accident Repair setting
* Experience as a manager, senior or team leader
* A full Driving Licence
* A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop
* A proactive approach, staying one step ahead

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want

The role will include, but is not limited to the following tasks:

* Opening the workshop and delegating to the team
* Reporting to Regional Manager each day
* Liaising with all team members to ensure targets are met
* Giving estimated completion dates
* Ensuring workshop is safe and PPE is being used adequately at all times
* Quality checks of vehicles
