You'll build relationships with customers and from time to time you'll also be asked to help support the team in store, serving customers, merchandising displays and giving expert advice on products.

This role is all about providing great customer service to professionals & DIY enthusiasts, in store and when carrying out deliveries to homes and businesses.

The role

You will spend some of your time driving and the remainder in-store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales/retail

• Mix paint to customer requirements
• Engage with customers and provide product advice
• Deliver orders to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to reach store targets
• Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
• Provide feedback to improve our overall service to customers
• Carry out daily/weekly van inspections & report any concerns
• Provide great customer service
