Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
• Create annual sales plans with specific goals, KPIs, and initiatives aligned with Aqua Green’s mission and objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the hydroponics and aquaponics sectors.
