As the Director - Programmatic Sales, you will lead and oversee our programmatic trading operations across 9NOW, Nine Publishing, and Nine Audio. You will drive the programmatic sales strategy, grow revenue and market share as well as lead a team of 15+ people. This role demands a strong leader with extensive experience in programmatic advertising, a proven track record in sales and revenue growth, and the ability to drive performance and growth through strategic oversight.
Key responsibilities include but won’t be limited to:
Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Lead the programmatic sales strategy across CTV, Publishing, and Audio, building relationships and refining tactics to drive revenue growth.
Team Management and Development: Manage and mentor the programmatic sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance to ensure targets are met and high performance is maintained.
Programmatic Buying and Campaign Optimisation: Oversee programmatic buying, optimising campaigns through data-driven decisions and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand programmatic advertising, staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with advertising standards and data privacy regulations while maintaining best practices to protect client interests.
