We are seeking a passionate Online Marketing Tutor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, qualified teacher with a strong interest in digital marketing and a commitment to helping learners achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging online marketing training to Apprentices and other learners aged 16 years +. As an online tutor, you’ll need to be comfortable with running classes through online conferencing such as Zoom. We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in St Erth. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and teamwork skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
Our St Erth store which opened last year stocks an extensive product range, which includes trade and designer paint brands such as Armstead, Crown, Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Johnstones, Sadolin as well as our own brand, Albany. We also offer a full product range via our delivery service which runs from the branch. Store opening are Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.

As a Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service• Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs• Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van• Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network• Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service• Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations• Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues• Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual • Familiar with the surrounding area• Full clean manual driving licence• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry• Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.

Key Tasks

• Respond to, and follow up promptly, all holiday enquiries received via email, telephone or face-to-face.
• Undertake courtesy calls/contact to all guests during their stay.
• Handle complaints from when they are raised through to resolution. Ensure effective handover of issues, where required.
• Log all calls and enquiries on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Utilise our database to create lasting customer relationships.
• Process all bookings in line with company procedures.
• Support guests and owners to find mutually agreeable (for all parties) outcomes to any unforeseen events that may affect a booking.
• Contact guests prior to their stay to offer our assistance and advice with their holiday experience and up-sell services and experience partners (e.g bookable extras).
• Manage and respond to guest feedback.
• Undertake visits and road tests at properties as and when required to ensure knowledge of the portfolio is current and accurate.
• Ensure all required administration for the department is undertaken in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Ensure the service level and standards for Customer Service are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with processing of all client information under data protection legislation (GDPR).
• Assist in covering the out of hours telephone service (if required).
