YOUR TALENT

• One to two years’ experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, (previous work in a commission based position preferable), demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. This role involves frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, maintaining balance while walking, occasional kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending/stooping at waist/torso and sitting to assist customers, pushing/pulling equipment such as shelving bays, dollies, carts, and racks with up to 20 pounds of force as well as lifting/carrying/placing boxes of product up to 30 pounds in weight at heights up to 131 inches while using a ladder.
• The role requires using ladder/step stool equipment, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the sales and stock area are also required. Environmental factors of action include operation of foot controls for operating mobile stock shelving bays and exposure to working at heights.
• Use of the following senses are critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception and field of vision.

As a Fine Jewelry Associate, you will drive store sales and metrics by outfitting each client with uniquely special jewelry pieces that symbolize intimate moments and create memories for years to come. Through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge you’ll develop customer relationships than span generations of family. • Complete diamond testing as required

• Check-in and replenish merchandise inside case lines. Pieces must be placed in same merchandise stories

• Prepare merchandise transfers and repairs to the RPC as scheduled

• Complete customer repair envelopes and follow-up with the Repair department to ensure customer estimates and repairs are completed in a timely manner

• Refer to Fine Jewelry Weekly Priorities and execute sale sets and operational tasks in a timely manner

• Follow all procedures for inventory counts, move to Clearance projects and re-ticketing

• Maintain Belk professional standards for dress attire and appearance

• Cooperate and collaborate with fellow associates, management and business partners

Job Description

OES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to assist our sales team in the Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and dependable team player with the ability to assist our team by wearing multiple hats; including managing document control, multiple projects, critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for both our internal and external customers.

The Administrative Assistant – Sales Support will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Processing sales close outs and document control.
• Invoice processing and coding.
• Reconciling POs and costumer accounts.
• Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of sales support experience is required.
• Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail are necessary to be successful in this role.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.
• Experience processing and coding invoices through Coupa is a plus.
• Intermediate software and computer skills are required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
• This position is on-site, must be within reasonable commuting distance of Smyrna.
