The role will be based at our Cannock site.As an our S&O Planner you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our S&OP process to ensure that we maximize our multisite operations output, maintain optimum levels of inventory, manage our availability / lead times and improve our OTIF performance to our customers. You will be essential to the success of our S&OP process. This role is not about maintaining the status quo, you will have opportunity to work closely with our S&OP Manger, S&OP Team and IT in the development our S&OP processes and how they are managed through our ERP system (JD Edwards). Building on current reports / data extraction using your strong analytical skills to then review the data and make recommendations. Sales Executive

Permanent position

£25k to £30k Basic - plus a Monthly bonus scheme (uncapped)

Earn over a £1000 a month in commission

Selling to retailers & businesses in the UK, Europe and Asian markets

Duties of a Sales Executive:

• B2B Sales
• Engaging with potential and existing customers and skilfully identifying opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement sales plans
• Build strong customer relationships
• Take charge of achieving monthly sales targets and KPI's
• Provide accurate and upto date activity reports

Experience of a Sales Executive:

• Minimum of 2 years proven tele marketing . tele sales experience with a track record of acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing accounts
• Demonstrate a good understanding of IT products - mobile phones, lap tops, tablets and smart watches
• Ecommerce
• Be self motivated - happy to pick up the phone
• Exhibit a proficiency in pipeline and account management
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Team player

Working hours of a Sales Executive

8:30am - 5.30pm - (1 hour lunch)

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Basic Salary is from £25k - £30k - plus Commission - achievable £1000 + per month

What will you be doing?



The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) function is an insights-led team required to understand the challenges and needs of strategic prospective customers so that Veolia can engage and nurture to position Veolia front of mind in the event of a live opportunity.



You will develop and execute marketing strategies that focus on specific target accounts with your primary goal being to drive growth and revenue by creating personalised marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to prospective customers' needs and preferences.



With the support of an ABM Assistant, the ABM Executive will work closely with the Business Development and Proposition teams and our account managers to identify target accounts, understand their business objectives, and develop strategies to engage and nurture these accounts throughout the customer journey.



Using the latest marketing tools and channels, such as digital automation, content marketing, email marketing campaigns, and events, to deliver targeted messages and experiences to key stakeholders within the target accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Marketing experience, including the use of research tools and techniques, and data analytics and reporting. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.
  
• Ability to develop and deliver segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies at sector and account level
  
• Stakeholder mapping, along with strong communication and storytelling are also essential
  
• Experience of copywriting and published content would also be advantageous
  
• Someone with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude to get stuck in amongst the team in a fast paced environment
  
• The ability to build relationships based on collaboration, analysis and trust and use relationships to drive learning and creativity, with strong communication and people skills
